  • How do I get started with Senvio?

    Request a free trial and book a short setup call with one of our specialists. We'll connect your account, configure Senvio around your business and launch your first campaign together, so you can see how it works from day one.

  • Can I use Senvio if I've never run ad campaigns before?

    Yes. Senvio is designed for people who are not advertising specialists. It guides you through the process, recommends what to do next and explains why. You'll also go through the initial setup with one of our specialists.

  • Can I try Senvio before I buy?

    Yes. We offer a free setup with one of our experts and a 7-day trial, so you can see how Senvio works with your own business before deciding whether it's right for you.

  • Does a paid subscription start automatically when the trial ends?

    No. At the end of your 7-day trial, you decide whether you want to continue with a paid plan. We do not ask for card details during the trial.

  • Does Senvio work with my own Allegro Ads and Google Ads accounts?

    Yes. Your campaigns remain on your own advertising accounts, so you keep control of your campaigns and data.

  • Does Senvio make decisions on its own?

    You decide how much automation you want. You can approve recommendations manually or allow Senvio to apply selected changes automatically. Every change is recorded in the activity history.

  • How does Senvio decide what to recommend?

    Senvio analyses data from your store and campaigns, including sales, margins, conversions and seasonality. This allows its recommendations to reflect your business rather than relying on generic rules.

  • Does Senvio help me avoid burning through my ad budget?

    Yes. During the initial setup, we agree on your budget and campaign goals. Senvio then monitors and optimises campaign performance and recommends changes designed to use your budget more efficiently.

  • Does Senvio replace a marketing agency?

    Senvio can be an alternative to outsourcing campaign management to an agency. You keep campaigns on your own advertising accounts while using automation, recommendations and support from our team.

  • How is Senvio billed?

    Senvio is billed as a monthly subscription. We do not charge commission on your ad spend or sales. You pay a fixed monthly fee and can cancel at any time.

  • Do you issue VAT invoices?

    Yes. Every payment comes with a 23% VAT invoice, available in your account.

  • Is there a minimum ad budget?

    No. There is no minimum advertising budget required to get started. Senvio can be used with both smaller and larger ad budgets.

  • Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes. There are no long-term contracts or notice periods. You can stop using Senvio at any time while keeping access to the campaigns and data in your own advertising accounts.

  • If I leave Senvio, do I lose my campaigns and data?

    No. Your campaigns run through your own advertising accounts, so if you stop using Senvio, you keep access to your campaigns, data and advertising history. Your accounts and data remain under your control.
